EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

 

Accounting Officers

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Preferably with at least two (2) years experience in Supervisory capacity
• Must have strong financial systems background
• Must be proficient in both oral and written communications

Executive Assistants
• Graduate of a four (4) year course
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a pleasing and dynamic personality and can deal well with all levels in the organization
• Must be people-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated
• Must have impeccable integrity and good moral character
• Computer literated

Merchandising Assistants

• Graduate of a four (4) year business related course or Fashion Merchandising
• With at least six (6) months work experience preferably in the same/related field
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be analytical and results-oriented
• Must have good fashion sense
• Must possess a pleasing and dynamic personality
• Must be computer literate

Digital Media Online Merchandiser
• Strong understanding of fashion trends
• Experience in one or more of the following roles (essential)
      • Category Management, Buying, Merchandising
      • Digital Content, Social Media Marketing, SEO and SEM
      • e­‐Commerce
• Demonstrated knowledge with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Marketing Officers
• Degree in Business, Marketing Management or Mass Communications
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in advertising, publicity or marketing
• Must possess a pleasing, outgoing and dynamic personality
• Must be creative and with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate

Sales Designers for Pottery Barn
• Preferably a licensed Interior Designer or Architect
• Must have at least one (1) year work experience preferably residential designing or any related work
• Must be willing to work during weekends and holidays
• Must be proficient in both oral and written communications
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Must be computer literate

 


RANK & FILE POSITIONS

 

Business Systems Analysts
• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Information System or any related course
• Must have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in methods analysis in a service oriented company
• Must have the ability to learn processes and software
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Expertise in flowcharting systems and procedures
• Preferably with training experience
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered

Product Planning and Control Analysts
• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Industrial Engineering or Statistics
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in sales analysis and inventory management in retail marketing
• Must be knowledgeable, highly analytical, mature, responsible and dedicated
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate, detail oriented and organized
• Must be willing to be assigned at Buendia Makati City
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered

Auditors
• Graduate of BS Management Accounting, BS Accountancy or BS in Internal Auditing (CPA, CIA or has taken the board exam is an advantage)
• Above average oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
• Can relate with different levels in the organization
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• With at least 6months to 1 year internal audit experience
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered

Content Specialists
• Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Multimedia Arts, BS Computer Engineering or any computer related course
• With experience in online content, digital marketing, website development (including mobile), e-commerce and social media marketing is an advantage
• With experience in defining and executing online media campaigns
• With strong leadership and project management skills
• Detail- oriented and organized
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
• Must be willing to work at Buendia Makati City

Web Developer
• Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Multimedia Arts,
BS Computer Engineering or any multimedia related course
• Expertise and hands on experience or proficiency with Web Applications and programming languages such as JavaScript, (X) HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and web standards
• Familiar with Magento
• With adequate graphic abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency with Facebook Fan Page construction
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
• Strong attention to details
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
• Must be willing to work at Buendia Makati City

CRM Data Analysts
• Must be a graduate of BS Information Technology or any related course
• Should have knowledge or background in MS SQL, SAS, SPSS or any database analytics tool
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer relations management systems gained from a BPO, call center or I.T industry
• Must be knowledgeable, highly analytical, mature, responsible and dedicated
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered

CRM Operations Assistant
• Must be a graduate of BS Business Management, BA Communication, BS Information or BS Marketing
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer relations management systems gained from a BPO, call center or I.T industry
• Must be higly motivated and dedicated
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered

Design Associate
• Graduate of BS Interior Design or BS Architecture
• Licensed interior design / architecture is an advantage
• Possess strong sales skills with good oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task in a high volume environment
• Must be computer literate

Graphic Artists & Visual Merchandising Display Assistant
• Graduate of BS Fine Arts, Architecture, Advertising, Multimedia arts or any related course
• With at least 1 year experience in visual arts graphic design and window display
• Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator etc.

Digital Marketing Staff
• Graduate of BS Advertising, Multimedia arts or any related course
• With experience in online network sites-facebook, twitter, instagram, etc.
• With experience in online content, digital marketing, website development (including mobile), e-commerce and social media marketing is an advantage
• Must be creative in executing digital activities such as daily uploading of brand updates, promos and online content

Auto Cadd Operator
• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology, Architecture, Auto-CADD, Civil Engineering or any related course
• With at least experience in Auto-CADD
• Can handle 5-10 minor projects at a time
• Can prepare minutes of the meeting
• Must be a detail oriented person, can multi-task, analytical and results oriented
• With good oral and written communication skills

Human Resource Clerk
• Graduate of B.S. Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records may be considered
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Application
• Must be detailed oriented and organized

Accounting Clerk & Payroll Clerk
• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy (For Accounting Position)
• Graduate of BS Business Management or any related course (for Payroll Clerk Position)

Data Encoder/Admin Clerk

Sales Consultant
• 5’7’’ in height for Male and 5’2’’ in height for Female
• At least college level
• Personable with clear complexion and good communication skills

Cashiers
• Must be 5’2’’ in height
• Graduate of any 2 or 4 year Business course
• Must be detail oriented
• With at least 1 year cashiering experience preferably in a retail company

Hair Stylist
• At least high school graduate
• Preferably a graduate of vocational course in hair dressing
• Preferably have graduated from the likes of Reyes Haircutters
• With at least 5 months experience as a hairdresser

Nail Consultants
• At least high school graduate
• With at least 6 months to 1year experience in salon or spa
• Personable and can relate well with people

 

INTERNS FOR BEAUTY BAR

 

• Must have excellent communication and writing skills
• Good command of grammar and basic writing composition
• Resourceful, creative and thinks out of the box
• Familiar with blog sites for target market
• Interest in beauty and lifestyle is a plus
